Reader, not a writer, and like to keep it that way - I'd rather be reading!
2.5 stars.An interesting concept, secret FBI agency composed of mentally ill people given training and weapons and set loose to catch other mentally ill psycho killers, main character is a woman with three personalities. The plot is pretty weak, though, and seems pretty silly at the end. I might read a sequel, if I've got nothing better on hand.
